General Information
You have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days in accordance with the statutory right of withdrawal.

Conditions for Returns
Returns are only possible after prior contact by email.
Please contact us in advance at:

Unannounced returns may be rejected.
Only products that meet all of the following conditions are eligible for return:
- unused and unopened
- in their original condition
- fully and undamaged in their original packaging
Exclusion of Returns
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, if the seal has been removed after delivery.
This applies in particular to food products such as coffee once they have been opened or unsealed.
Return Shipping Costs
If the goods are free from defects, the customer shall bear the direct costs of return shipping.
Damaged or Defective Goods
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately upon receipt of the goods.
Please provide:
- a brief description of the defect
- clear photos of the product and the packaging
In the event of a justified complaint, we will cover the return shipping costs or, at our discretion, provide a replacement.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued after receipt and inspection of the returned goods.
The following will be refunded:
- the purchase price of the goods
- the costs of standard delivery, insofar as they were incurred within the scope of the statutory right of withdrawal
The following will not be refunded:
- additional shipping costs resulting from a delivery method chosen by the customer that differs from the standard delivery option (if applicable)
- return shipping costs, insofar as legally permissible and no defect is present
