Free shipping within Germany may be offered from a certain order value.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email.

Undeliverable Shipments

If a delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect or incomplete address details or the recipient’s absence and is returned to us, we reserve the right to charge the resulting shipping costs to the customer, provided the customer is responsible for the failed delivery.
