SHIPPING

We ship from Bavaria, Germany.

We ship within Germany and across the European Union.

Delivery time within Germany is usually 2–5 business days after dispatch of the goods.

Delivery time for shipments within the EU is usually 3–10 business days after dispatch.

The stated delivery times are non-binding guidelines unless expressly agreed otherwise.

Shipping costs: €4.90 (DHL)
Free shipping within Germany from an order value of €80.

EU Shipping
Shipping costs: €13.90 (DHL)

Shipping costs are displayed transparently during the checkout process and are calculated as binding at checkout.

Shipping costs depend in particular on:
• Destination country
• Weight and size of the order

PRODUCT INFO

Whole beans only. 1 kg packages.

Fully automatic machines, portafilter machines*, French press*, moka pot*
(*use after grinding the beans)

BREWING / STORAGE

For best taste, we recommend consuming within a few months after opening.

Store at room temperature, in a dry place and away from light.
The bag has a zip closure, so it can be easily resealed after opening.

On average, one cup uses about 8 g of coffee.
A 1 kg bag makes around 125 cups.

PAYMENT

We accept Credit Cards, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

RETURNS

Returns are possible within 14 days in accordance with the statutory right of withdrawal.

Important:
Food products such as coffee cannot be returned once opened or unsealed.
Please contact us by email before returning an item.
