Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods.
Exercise of the Right of Withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us in advance by email of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

After receipt of your withdrawal notice, we will provide you with further information on the return process, in particular the return address.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including the costs of standard delivery, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods or you provide proof that you have sent back the goods.
Additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us will not be refunded.
For the refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
Return of Goods
The return of goods must take place only after prior contact by email.
Unannounced returns may be rejected.
The customer bears the direct costs of returning the goods, provided the goods are free from defects.
The customer is liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling that was not necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal expires for sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery.
This applies in particular to food products such as coffee once they have been opened or unsealed.
Damaged or Defective Goods
In the event that your delivery arrives damaged or defective, you are required to contact us immediately after receiving the goods and to document the damage with appropriate evidence (e.g., photos of the goods and packaging).
In the case of a justified complaint, we will bear the costs of the return or, at our discretion, provide a replacement.
